Your credit/debit card will be charged every month on this date for Access Fee's. You understand that if you signed up between the 25th and end of the month your bill date will be the 25th of each month. I understand if a charge is delined my servcie will be interupted with in 24 hours of the decline and a fee of $5.00 will be added to your account for the decline.

Need to change your due date. Send an email to billing@kingmanaz.net and let us know what date you would like. We will pro-rate the account as needed to reflect the new due date.

    • NO Special characters (#, %, $, /, -, . ,spaces,etc) are not allowed.
    • If the User name you select is in use you will be given the choice to return and try another.
    • MUST BE LOWER CASE !!!
    • If you put a capital letter it will be converted to lower case.
    • Your user name can have numeric in it, but the first character MUST be from A - Z.

    Important Note:
    Your username will be part of your e-mail address. If you were to choose joesmith as your username, your e-mail address would be joesmith@kingmanaz.net.
